Where they came from. Who they loved. What made them laugh. The moments that shaped them. The lessons they learned along the way.
Recently, Jack and TALEGATE4JOY spent time with Dottie and Lorraine, listening to their stories and beautifully capturing pieces of their lives on film. The result is two videos filled with memories, personality, wisdom and beautiful reminders of just how much our elders have to teach us.
Their stories made us laugh, reflect and, most importantly, want to hear more.
Because every older adult carries a lifetime of stories. Stories of love and loss, resilience and change, ordinary days and extraordinary moments. Sometimes, all we have to do is slow down long enough to ask.
